Everyone knows, when it comes a vehicle, you can not beat Subaru. Josh was amazing to work with. Polite, courteous, zero-pressure, informative, and answered any questions or concerns I had during the process. He made the entire experience easy and very comfortable. Sonia was equally informative and patient and fully explained the financial side of the purchase. I’ve had a lot of cars over the years, and the Crosstrek easily sits at the top of the list, as does the team at Bay Subaru. Well done Josh and Sonia, your work easily warrants a 5-star rating.
